Dave Lowe
David Lowe, also known as Uncle Art, is a British composer known for his work on
computer games from 1985 to 1998. Lowe’s early career began with the production
of the music for Starglider 2 and Carrier Command for cassette releases,
utilizing professional synthesizers such as the CX5, DX7, and RX11 drum machine.
In 2017 he released A Temporal Shift, which featured remastered versions of his
most recognized gaming tunes. His compositions appeared on games including
Frontier: Elite II, Buggy Blast, and Thrust.
