Darina Gambošová, known professionally as Dara Rolins, is a Slovak
singer-songwriter born on December 7, 1972, in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. She
began her career at age nine when she was cast in the television musical
Zázračný autobus in 1981, leading to regular assignments as a child singer and
the release of her debut album Keby som bola princezná Arabela in 1983 on OPUS
Records. By her late teens, she released several teen pop-oriented albums,
including Darinka (1986) and Čo o mne vieš (1988). In 1986, she achieved a
one-off success in the German-speaking region with her duet...
