Darina Nikolaeva Yotova, professionally known as Dara, was born on
9 September 1998 in Varna, Bulgaria, and pursued folk singing at the
Dobri Hristov National School of Arts before entering the music scene. She first
appeared on national television in 2015 when she reached the final of the
Bulgarian The X Factor, mentored by rapper Krisko. After signing with Virginia
Records, she released her debut single "K'vo ne chu" in 2016, which topped
