François Daniel Roth, also known as Daniel Roth, born on October 31, 1942, in
Mülhausen, Alsace, France, is a French organist, composer, and music educator.
He began his musical journey with piano, inspired by Albert Schweitzer's film,
"Es ist Mitternacht, Dr. Schweitzer", he transitioned to the organ. He studied
at the Conservatoire de Paris in 1960, earning five first prizes under teachers
such as Marcel Bitsch and Maurice Duruflé. In 1963, he became a deputy to
Rolande Falcinelli at the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur in Paris, succeeding her as
