Kim Daniel, born on March 18, 1997, in Paris, France, is a South Korean
singer-songwriter and guitarist for the bands wave to earth and The Poles. He
serves as both the vocalist and guitarist in the bands while also participating
in overall songwriting. As a solo artist, he debuted in January 2018 with the
single "blue." His track "When Love Comes Late," featured on the soundtrack for
Surely Tomorrow, was released on December 14, 2025, and entered Melon's Top 500
chart at number 7 the following day.
