Dale Frances Bozzio, born Dale Frances Consalvi on March 2, 1955, in Medford,
Massachusetts, is an American singer. She studied drama at Emerson College and
worked at the Playboy Club in Boston. In 1976, she moved to Los Angeles and was
later hired by Frank Zappa, voicing the part of Mary in his rock opera Joe's
Garage (1979), which was in development at the time, and the part of Rhonda in
Thing-Fish (1984). Bozzio co-founded Missing Persons with Warren Cuccurullo and
