Dala
Dala is a Canadian acoustic folk duo from Scarborough, Ontario, that formed in
2002. The ensemble consists of Sheila Carabine and Amanda Walther, who signed a
five-year artist development deal with Big Bold Sun Music in 2003. Their debut
studio album, This Moment Is a Flash, was released (2005) followed by the album
Angels & Thieves (2005). They toured across Canada as an opening act for
performers including Tom Cochrane and Matthew Good. In 2007, they released the
