Nicodimas Sekheta Mogashoa, known professionally as Da Capo, was born i 1992, in
Seshego, South Africa. He started his musical career as a rapper before
transitioning to house music and becoming a DJ and record producer. His
breakthrough came after remixing the single "Pretty Disaster" by Moneoa, leading
to a recording deal with Soulstic Music. Da Capo released his debut album Indigo
Child in 2017, which was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry of
