Born on January 24, 1983, Immanuel Vasanth Dinakaran, better known as D. Imman,
is a prominent Indian film composer and singer primarily working in Tamil
cinema. He embarked on his musical journey at the age of 15, apprenticing under
music composers Mahesh Mahadevan and Adithyan, playing the keyboard. During this
period, his talents caught the attention of television serial producer Kutty
Padmini, who gave him opportunities to work on the theme song and background
