Cortisa Star, born in Delaware on July 11, 2005, is an American rapper and
model. A transgender woman, Star first gained attention in 2022 after posting a
viral video jokingly referring to herself as an "underground rap princess". She
began releasing hip-hop music shortly thereafter, achieving her breakthrough in
February 2024 with her single “Fun”, which trended on TikTok and Twitter and
