Cool, a South Korean co-ed group, debuted in 1994 with their first album The
Reason I Wanted You (너이길 원했던 이유). The original lineup consisted of Kim Sung-soo,
Lee Jae-hoon, Yoo Chae-young, and Choi Jun-myung. Following the departure of Yoo
Chae-young and Choi Jun-myeong after the first album, Yuri joined the group, and
they continued as a trio with Kim Sung-soo and Lee Jae-hoon. Cool's music,
characterised by simple melodies and easy-to-sing lyrics, gained widespread
