Christopher Glynn, born 5 September 1974 in Leicester, United Kingdom, is a
festival director and pianist. Glynn studied music at New College, Oxford, and
piano with John Streets and Malcolm Martineau at the Royal Academy of Music,
launching his career as an accompanist for singers Sir Thomas Allen and Jonas
Kaufmann. He has performed at venues including Wigmore Hall, Carnegie Hall, and
the BBC Proms, and has collaborated with ensembles The Sixteen and Voces8. In
