Chofer
Chofer was the stage name used by Argentine singer Gonzalo Aladino Barbero (also
credited as Gonzalo Barbero), a cumbia vocalist from Lincoln, Buenos Aires
Province, who first surfaced with early singles including “No me conoce” (2024)
and “Guachita Preferida” (2024). In 2025 he deepened his partnership with
producer Nico Valdi, releasing “Prohibido” (2025) and then shifting into a more
collaborative run tied to his on-record pairing with Lucas Romagnano Hidalgo (El
