Chisato Moritaka is a Japanese singer and actress. Widely regarded as the "Dance
Queen" of J-pop, she was born on April 11, 1969, in Ibaraki, Osaka, and later
raised in Kumamoto, Kyushu. She was exposed to the arts from an early age,
thanks to her rockabilly band member father and actress mother. Her journey in
