Chimo Bayo

Chimo Bayo is a Spanish DJ and producer born in Valencia, Spain in 1961. Bayo began their career as a disc jockey in 1980. Their recordings include the singles “Ráyate” and “Ráyate 2”. Bayo reached Number 1 in Japan and Israel with the single “Así me gusta a mí” (1991). Their performances include a show at the Tokyo Dome in 1992. Subsequent recordings include “Química” (1992), “Bombas” (1992), and “La tía Enriqueta” (1994), the latter of which reached number 3 on the charts. Bayo published the novel No iba a salir y me lié (2016).
