Chilliwack, a Canadian rock band steered by singer and guitarist Bill Henderson,
formed in Vancouver, British Columbia, in the mid-1960s. The band began as C-FUN
Classics before changing their name to The Collectors when Bill Henderson
stepped up in 1966. Their debut album under the new name was self-titled and
included the minor hit "Lydia Purple". In 1970, following the departure of
vocalist Howie Vickers, the remaining members formed Chilliwack, named after a
