Cheetah was an Australian hard rock band formed in Melbourne in 1976. The group
featured English-born sisters Chrissie and Lyndsay Hammond as co-lead vocalists.
Their debut single, "Love Ain't Easy to Come By," was released in 1977 by
Philips Records without their permission. The band's breakthrough came with the
cover of "Walking in the Rain", which peaked at number 10 on the Australian Kent
Music Report Singles Chart in October 1978. Cheetah toured extensively across
