Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo is a Dutch DJ and producer duo that formed in The
Hague in the early 1990s. The two members are Ramon Roelofs (born September 25,
1967 in The Hague) and Theo Nabuurs (born January 28, 1970 in 's-Hertogenbosch).
They are representatives of the early happy hardcore and gabber scene and shaped
the European dance sound in the early 1990s. In 1991, they achieved high chart
positions in several countries, including Germany and the Netherlands, with the
single "Wonderful Days" (1991); the track is considered a milestone of the
