Juan Cecilia Ruiz, known professionally as Cecilio G, was born on March 14,
1994, in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, and began his artistic career as a rap
singer. After studying comics, illustration and design, he entered the graffiti
and freestyle scene at fourteen under the nickname Punky Negro, quickly becoming
a pioneer of Spanish trap. His breakthrough came with the 2018 single "From
Darkness With Love", followed by the mixtape Milion Dollar Baby (2019) whose
title track surpassed 5 million YouTube views in 2025. Subsequent releases
