Cartel is an American pop‑punk band formed in Conyers, Georgia, in 2003,
featuring vocalist and bassist Will Pugh, lead guitarist Joseph Pepper, and
rhythm guitarist Nic Hudson. The group first gained attention with the EP The
Ransom under The Militia Group, followed by the debut album Chroma
(September 20 2005), which included the singles "Say Anything (Else)" and
"Honestly", the latter of which was featured in the film John Tucker Must Die.
In 2006 Cartel signed to Epic Records and supported New Found Glory on tour
before recording their self‑titled album Cartel (August 21 2007...
