Cantus, an eight-member low-voice a cappella ensemble, was founded in 1995 at
St. Olaf College in Minnesota, USA. The group began as a student-run
organization and transitioned into a professional ensemble by 1999, based out of
Minneapolis. Cantus gained recognition for its innovative programming and
riveting performances, covering music from the Renaissance to the 21st century.
Their debut album Cantus was released in 2007, followed by notable releases such
