Cane Hill is an American heavy metal band from New Orleans that formed in 2011.
The ensemble consists of the vocalist Elijah Witt, the guitarist James Barnett,
the bassist Ryan Henriquez, and the drummer Devin Clark. They achieved
professional recognition for their nu metal revival sound and are famous for the
controversial track “The (New) Jesus” (2016). Their discography includes the
studio recordings Smile (2016), Too Far Gone (2018), and A Piece of Me I Never
Let You Find (2024). The group also released the EPs Cane Hill (2015) and Kill
the Sun (2019).
