Camerata Trajectina
Camerata Trajectina, a Dutch ensemble specializing in early music, was founded
in 1974 in Utrecht by Jan Nuchelmans and Jos van Veldhoven. Under the artistic
direction of Louis Peter Grijp, it became known for historically informed
programs centered on Dutch repertoire spanning the Middle Ages through the
Golden Age. The ensemble has performed hundreds of concerts across the
Netherlands, Flanders, and much of Europe, as well as in the United States,
Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, and Ghana. It has also released six LPs and, as of
