Calan

Calan, a traditional Welsh music group formed in 2006, originated from Cardiff, Swansea, and Cwmbran. The band was founded by Huw Williams when its members were between 13 and 22 years old. Calan gained international attention at the Inter Celtic Festival in 2008, becoming the first Welsh band to win the competition. Their debut album Blwyddyn was released in 2008, followed by Bleddyn (2012), Dinas (2015), and Solomon (2017).
