Brown Bannister
Elliott Brown Bannister III, born August 31, 1951, in Topeka, Kansas, is an
American contemporary Christian music producer and songwriter. He released his
sole solo album, Talk to One Another, in 1981 on NewPax Records, which was
reissued in 1986 by Reunion Records with a new version of the closing track
“Create in Me a Clean Heart”, featuring Amy Grant and Gary Chapman on vocals.
Bannister's production career grew through collaborations with artists such as
Amy Grant, Debby Boone, and Steven Curtis Chapman, earning him multiple Dove
Awards, including Producer of the Year in 1998...
