Broken Bones is an English hardcore punk band from Stoke-on-Trent, formed in
1983 by Anthony "Bones" Roberts. The original lineup included Terence Roberts,
Nick Dobson, and Darren Burgress. Its debut single, “Decapitated”, was released
in 1984, followed by “Crucifix” in 1984. The band released its album, Dem Bones
in 1984, on Fall Out Records. Throughout its career, Broken Bones experienced
lineup changes and periods of disbandment. Albums include Without Conscience
(2001) and Time for Anger, Not Justice (2005). The band's influence extended to
Metallica and Anthrax.
