Brian Marsella, born around 1980 in Philadelphia, is an American jazz pianist
and keyboard player. He began classical piano lessons at age five and later
explored funk, R&B, and fusion. At fourteen, he was the musical director,
conductor, and harpsichordist for a production of Mozart's Bastien und Bastienne
at the New Hope Performing Arts Festival. Marsella studied composition at
Westminster Choir College and piano at the Juilliard School of Music and Peabody
