Bob Carlisle
Robert Mason Carlisle, known as Bob Carlisle, was born on September 29, 1956, in
the United States of America, and emerged as a contemporary Christian singer and
songwriter. After performing with several bands, most notably Allies and Billy
Thermal, Bob Carlisle began a solo career that would bring him critical acclaim.
His debut solo album, Bob Carlisle, was released on June 15, 1993, followed by
Allies Years on September 15, 1993, and The Hope of a Man on November 15, 1994;
these early releases established his presence in the CCM market. The
