Bino (* April 24, 1953 in Palermo; † October 19, 2010 in Palermo) was an Italian
pop singer. He was born Benedetto Arico and was one of the artists who shaped
pop music in the 1970s with catchy, emotional melodies. After studying
architecture in Italy, he moved to Germany in 1975 to work as a musician. He
first performed with the band I Figli Di Yuma in the Black Forest region and in
Switzerland and occasionally earned his living as a singer at festivals. In
