Sascha Berger, known professionally as Berger, was born in 1976 in Saarbrücken,
Germany. He is a German singer and the son of Schlager singers Jutta Berger and
Norbert Maria Berger, who were known as the duo Cindy & Bert. Berger learned to
play the guitar and formed the band Das Reimheitsgebot with friends in the
mid-1990s. In 1998, he left the group and released his debut solo album In
geheimer Mission in 1999, featuring singles like "Heiligenschein" and "Besser
