Benediction is a British death metal band formed in Birmingham in 1989. The founding members are Peter Rewinsky (lead guitar), Darren Brookes (rhythm guitar), Mark "Barney" Greenway (vocals), Paul Adams (bass) and Ian Treacy (drums). Currently the band consists of Dave Ingram (vocals), Peter Rewinsky (lead guitar), Darren Brookes (rhythm guitar), Nik Sampson (bass) and Giovanni Durst (drums).
