Ben Salisbury
Ben Salisbury, born in 1970, is a British composer and musician best known for
his work on film, television, and documentary soundtracks. He first gained
recognition composing music for natural history productions, including Life in
the Undergrowth and Life in Cold Blood. He has frequently collaborated with
musician Geoff Barrow, co-writing scores for films including Ex Machina (2014),
Free Fire (2016), Annihilation (2018), Devs (2020), Men (2022), and Civil War
(2024). Salisbury received an Emmy nomination for his score for Operation Dung
Beetle.
