The British jazz-funk outfit Beggar & Co. was formed in 1980 in the United
Kingdom by Kenny Wellington, David Baptiste, and Neville 'Breeze' McKrieth,
originally members of Light of the World. The band's debut single "(Somebody)
Help Me Out" entered the UK Singles Chart on February 7, 1981, peaking at number
15. Their follow-up release, "Mule (Chant No. 2)", reached number 37 in
