Ayumi Nakamura is a female Japanese rock singer whose career has now spanned
three decades. Her debut single, released in 1984, was a Ken Takahashi song
titled 'Midnight Kids'. She rose to prominence after the release of her third
single 'Tsubasa no Oreta Angel' in 1985. The song, which featured Nakamura's
self-penned lyrics marked the artist's transition into a singer-songwriter and
established her as a significant up-and-coming talent.
