Astronautalis
Charles Andrew Bothwell, known as Astronautalis, was born on December 13, 1981,
in Jacksonville, Florida. He began his music career by gaining recognition in
local circles and competing at Scribble Jam before self-releasing his debut
album You and Yer Good Ideas in 2003. Astronautalis later signed with Fighting
Records for a re-release of the album in 2005, followed by The Mighty Ocean &
Nine Dark Theaters in 2006. He released Pomegranate on Eyeball Records in 2008
