Ashleigh Adele Ball, born on March 31, 1983, in Vancouver, Canada, is a singer known for her work as part of the indie pop band Hey Ocean!. Ball's music career began with the release of Triceratops in 2004. She later released several albums including Rainy Day Songs (2005) and Big Blue Wave (2011). In 2017, she launched her solo EP Gold in You, which included the single "Lavender" released in 2020. Ball's voice work in animated series such as My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Beat Bugs has also contributed to her popularity.
