Art vs. Science
Art vs. Science, an Australian electronic dance band based in Sydney, was formed
in February 2008 by James Finn on vocals and keyboards; Daniel McNamee on
vocals, guitars, and keyboards; and Daniel Williams on drums and vocals. The
trio initially gained recognition after attending a Daft Punk concert, which
inspired them to form the band. Their early breakthrough came with the release
of their self-titled EP in May 2009, which peaked at number 32 on the ARIA
Singles Chart and was accredited gold record status by ARIA.
