Anupam Roy, born on March 29, 1982, in Kolkata, India, is a Bengali
singer-songwriter and music director. He began his career with the soundtrack of
the 2010 Bengali film Autograph, contributing songs like "Amake Amar Moto Thakte
Dao" and "Benche Thakar Gaan". Roy's debut album as a solo artist was Durbine
Chokh Rakhbona in 2012, which included tracks such as "Bijli Baati" and
"Tistaan". His subsequent albums include Dwitiyo Purush (2013), Bakyobageesh
