Angeliki Kiourtsaki, known professionally as Angela Dimitriou, and born on
August 14, 1954, in Peristeri, Attica, Greece, is a Greek folk singer. She
started her music career at 14 and made her professional debut in 1970 at the
venue Beta Beta. In 1972, she adopted the stage name Angela Dimitriou.
Throughout her career, Dimitriou collaborated with notable Greek artists and
signed contracts with various record labels, including CBS (now Sony Music) and
