Antònia Font, a pop rock and folk band, was formed in 1997 in Mallorca, Spain. The group first gained attention with their 1999 self‑titled album , followed by A Rússia (2001) and Alegria (2002), which earned the Puigporret Prize for Best Album of the Year and a second‑place mention by Rockdelux. Subsequent releases Taxi (2004), Batiscafo Katiuscas (2006), Coser i cantar (2007), Pareix talment una foto (2008), Lamparetes (2011), and Vostè és aquí (2012) expanded the band’s catalog.
