Antigoni Buxton, professionally known as Antigoni, was born on 9 March 1996 in
London, United Kingdom, and is a British singer‑songwriter of Greek Cypriot
heritage who grew up listening to British pop and Greek‑language music. She
began performing in local arts classes and independently released her first
singles, "2 Steps" and "Boosting", in 2019 before issuing her debut
self‑released EP A1 on 19 April 2020, which blended contemporary pop with
