Anna Bonitatibus, born in Potenza, Italy, is a mezzo-soprano. She began her
musical studies with piano and voice training before embarking on a lyric career
in the early 1990s, focusing initially on Baroque and belcanto repertoires.
Bonitatibus made her debut at La Scala in 1999. Throughout her career, she
collaborated frequently with conductor Alan Curtis, recording duets by
Alessandro Scarlatti and works by Haydn and Handel. Notable roles include Sesto
