Ann-Louise Hanson, born Inger Ann Louise Hansson on April 4, 1944, in
Kristianstad, Sweden, is a Swedish schlager singer. She began her musical
journey in the mid-1950s and achieved her first significant success with "Är du
ensam i kväll?" in 1960, a Swedish adaptation of Elvis Presley's "Are You
Lonesome Tonight?". Throughout the 1960s, many of Hanson’s solo recordings
featured Bruno Glenmark's Orkester. In 1962, she performed one of her songs in
