Altiyan Childs, born Altijan Juric on 10 June 1975 in Mount Isa, Queensland, is
an Australian singer who rose to prominence as the winner of the second season
of The X Factor Australia in 2010. After winning the competition, he signed with
Sony Music Australia and released his debut single "Somewhere in the World" on
22 November 2010, which entered the ARIA Singles Chart at number 8 and the
New Zealand Singles Chart at number 5. His self‑titled debut album, Altiyan
