Klaus Meier, known professionally as Almklausi, was born on 5 April 1969 in
Mössingen, Germany, and pursued a career as a pop and Schlager singer. He
entered the music scene in the late 1980s as a party DJ and released his first
single, "Hey kleines Luder", in 2002. The breakthrough came in 2007 when "Ein
Stern (… der über Stuttgart steht)", a re‑texted version of a DJ Ötzi hit,
entered the German charts under the alias Schwaben König, followed by the
football‑themed single "Lo lo los geht's!" in 2008, which peaked at number 73 in
