ALL is an American punk rock band formed in 1987 in Los Angeles. The group
consisted of Descendents members Bill Stevenson, Karl Alvarez, and Stephen
Egerton, who adopted the name of the Descendents album ALL. With vocalist Dave
Smalley, the group released its debut album, Allroy Sez, in 1988. Scott Reynolds
replaced Smalley in 1989, performing on albums including Allroy's Revenge (1989)
and Percolater (1992). The band relocated to Fort Collins and toured
