Alkaline
Earlan Bartley, known professionally as Alkaline, was born 19 December 1993 in
Kingston, Surrey, Jamaica, and began his career as a singer and songwriter. He
entered the music scene in 2011, recording tracks such as "Proof" and "Mi Love
Woman" while still in school, and released his first mixtape Raw as Eva in 2014
under Tad's Record. Alkaline’s breakthrough came with the 2016 album New Level
Unlocked, which topped the Billboard Reggae Charts for 18 weeks and earned a
