Arisa Mizuki, born 観月ありさ on December 5, 1976, in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese
actress and singer. She began her career as a child model in the 1980s before
transitioning into acting and singing. In 1991, while starring in numerous
commercials, Mizuki released her debut single "Densetsu no Shōjo" and made her
film debut in Chōshōjo Reiko. Her breakthrough came with the release of "Kaze no
Naka de", an ending theme song for the anime series Sailor Moon, and "Too Shy
