Alice and the Glass Lake
Alicia Lemke, born on February 3, 1987 in Madison, Wisconsin, was an American
singer known professionally as Alice and the Glass Lake. After studying at
Swarthmore College and Berklee College of Music, she moved to New York and began
performing in clubs, adopting the stage name to avoid confusion with
Alicia Keys. In 2013, she released the EP The Evolution, opened for
Fleetwood Mac, and played Bonnaroo. She was diagnosed with leukemia in
