ALI
Known for their unique blend of funk, jazz, hip-hop, and global sounds, ALI is a
Japanese band formed in Shibuya, Tokyo, in 2016. The group, an acronym for Alien
Liberty International, was inspired by the energy and ideals of unity embodied
by boxer Muhammad Ali. ALI gained widespread recognition with their debut single
"Wild Side", which served as the opening theme for the anime Beastars in 2019.
This marked a turning point for the band, showcasing their cross-genre appeal.
Their subsequent single "Lost in Paradise" (2020) featuring rapper AKLO became
the ending theme for Jujuts...
